Mobile Hotspot kit contains 1 hotspot, instructions, and a hard case.

 

• Limit 1 hotspot per patron account, 1 hotspot per household at any given time.

• Patron requirements to borrow a hotspot:

  • must be 18 years or older​

  • have a ​current working phone number and/or current working email address​

  • be in good standing (no fines, account charges, or other account restrictions)

  • have been an active patron for at least 30 days

• Loan period is 1 week. Hotspots are not eligible for renewals.

• Connects up to 10 devices

• 20 GB per hotspot per 30-day cycle

• Hotspots not returned on time will be deactivated and all components not returned, or returned damaged, will be billed to the borrower.

• Patron will be responsible for all applicable replacement costs and fees if the hotspot is lost, stolen, or damaged while checked out. The library will not accept replacement hotspots or accessories purchased by the patron.

Is it available?  Contact the library to see if a hotspot is available for checkout, or to place your name on the reservation list.

NOTE: Internet service relies on cell tower technology and coverage.  User experience can vary based on location.  Hotspot users must follow the library’s Computer & Internet policy and protect the hotspot from damage, including from direct sunlight and liquids.
