If you would like to reserve a meeting space, please contact the library directly.

Small Conference Room
All meetings must be free, open to the public, and meet other criteria set by the Board of Trustees.​

Meeting Hours
Meetings must begin during library hours.
​
Extended Hours
If your group would like to meet in the Round Room or the Lower-Level Meeting Room past closing time (up to 10:00 pm), you must request special permission from the director.
Once approved and trained in closing procedures, you can contact library staff to reserve your meeting for "extended hours" at any time.

Reserving A Room
To reserve a meeting room, please contact the library.
You will need to describe the nature of your meeting and give your name and contact information. You can also request audiovisual equipment.

The library reserves the right to:

Cancel a meeting reservation.

Deny use, based on availability, nature of the meeting, or past conduct.

Charge overtime fees.

Bill organization for damages to equipment, etc.
